1973 was the year of the historical judgement of Roe v. Wade. The revolutionary idea of abortion for all came into existence. This was the victory of a years-long fight. The victory of liberal ideology won. It was so celebrating. Wasn’t it? Tell me in the comments.
In 2022 this law has been overturned. The conservative judges that were elected during Trump’s period. Their decision will change the lives of many. The abortion permit will be state-owned.
Latest reports show that the abortion clinics will shut down with immediate action or after some time in 22 states. They are a conservative dominant state. This new judgement will affect mostly the poor, blacks, illegal immigrants in US, teenagers and the uninsured. There would be a 14% decrease in abortions without Roe¹.
Some are demanding more than just an overturning of Roe v. Wade. Abortion should be banned in the entire country. Abortion is against the Bible. If you are one among them then drop a comment saying- Anti-abortion; Pro-Life.
The usual thing that happens in a developed country will still be there. The riches are completely free to do anything and the poor are the slave of the government, the riches and the caregivers.
Rich can-
- move to another state where there are abortion clinics
- move to another country. A great destination will be India because of being you can do anything with money. Nobody will say anything to the enterprise-based hospitals
- that cross the border and move to Mexico. Anti-abortion drugs will be sold in the name of Ulcer medicines. Although, the law is there that an American national person can’t be given a prescription medication. Yet, the imposing of this on the ground is very unrealistic.
A lot of homeless people are there who aren’t in a situation of moving to other states where it is legal. They will be forced to carry the pregnancy that they don’t need.
Where people are seeing angels in rape; it turns out to be America.
An increase in the allegations over the women involved in abortion has been reported.
Roe was a historical judgement that provided the right to choose to the ladies. There is danger over the LGBTQ rights also shortly. It will suggest a dangerous reverse of hard-won freedoms.
What should you do?
I will consider myself an ambassador that will guide you.
- If you are a Bible fan then I would suggest thinking with a broad mindset. It is just an anti-black and anti-poor law.
- If you are democratic then you can:-
- Peacefully protest
- Sign petitions via various Human Rights Organisations.
- Support the NGOs and Human Right Organisation
- Support the organisations that will work for supporting these ladies. Female Rights Organisations must be supported to make this rule ineffective. You can volunteer in these NGOs also.
- Boycott the conservationists. This will provide them with the time they need to understand to not follow the religion blindly.
- Provide contraceptives and family planning guidance from doctors outside of the US. I would suggest going to Indian doctors through Practo or a similar app. Tele-consultation is the best method that can be used to guide.
- Use condoms and eat papaya after having sex for some days at a high frequency. This is much better than taking emergency contraceptives. Emergency pills have a lot of contraindications and side effects.
- Illegal- Supply these medications illegally. There will be greater demand for the medications. This is illegal but still a noble work in the era of conservationists.
